Client approached Axxello to design and deliver a lab scale brewery capable of delivering Industrial scale quality beer products to be used in developing new products across africa. The project entailed:

• Brewhouse incl mash filter

• Filtration

• FV

• BBT

• Product Blending Trolley

• CIP station

• Utilities

• Packaging line capable of packing cans and bottles including pastuering

Axxello managed the entire scope, from civil upgrades, MEPF requirements and all process and packaging equipment.
